EU court upholds record Google fine

Published by Georg von Harrach on 14 September 202214 September 2022

The court agreed that Google had “abused its dominant position” by requiring Android manufacturers to pre-install its search and other Google apps.

Dublin MEP, Ciarán Cuffe, says market abuse stifles competition and must be called out.
