The EU solution to problems with the Northern Ireland Protocol would see checks becoming largely “invisible”, says Maroš Šefčovič.
The European Commission Vice President has been speaking in London as part of the UK-EU Parliamentary Assembly.
“I believe that our [UK and EU] respective positions are not worlds apart”, he added.
